Hand/Wrist/Elbow strengthening program designed specifically for throwers. This program is proven to give you strong, but most importantly healthy, hands, wrists and elbows. Grip and upper extremity work is often neglected until it is too late! This program is THE reason i have NEVER had a hand injury. This five-week program can be repeated over and over again or used in individual weeks with excellent results! Examples of each exercise can be found on my youtube channel.
